Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and engaging the services of DJ Rihya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon:

  • Signing of a formal performance contract
  • Receipt of the agreed advance deposit (30% of total fee)

An inquiry submission does not constitute a confirmed booking. Rihya reserves the right to accept or decline any booking inquiry.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is structured as follows:

  • 30% advance deposit upon contract signing to secure the date
  • Remaining 70% due no later than 7 days before the event

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, international wire transfer. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy

In the event of client-initiated cancellation:

  • More than 60 days before the event: Full advance deposit refunded
  • 30–60 days before the event: 50% of advance deposit refunded
  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund of advance deposit
  • Less than 7 days before the event: Full fee may be charged

In the extremely unlikely event of cancellation by DJ Rihya due to emergency, a full refund of any amounts paid will be provided.

5. Performance Conditions

The client agrees to provide:

  • Adequate stage/DJ setup area as specified in the contract
  • Stable power supply meeting technical requirements
  • Safe working environment for performer and crew
  • Clear access for load-in and load-out
  • Hospitality provisions as agreed in contract

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of God.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including text, design, imagery, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of DJ Rihya. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Media & Photography

DJ Rihya reserves the right to photograph and record performances for promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited in writing prior to the event.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
